Fisher German is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Services team in Doncaster. The role focuses on keeping projects running smoothly, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellent service for internal teams and external clients.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with strong communication skills and experience in project coordination. Hybrid working options in the Doncaster office are available, with flexibility for part-time hours for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills to support a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Manage work-in-progress and project-level purchase orders.
• Contribute to WIP management on a contract level.
• Coordinate key project deliverables using bespoke systems.
• Maintain and coordinate surveying team project trackers and reporting directly to clients.
• Liaise with the internal surveying team and directly with clients with project and reporting updates.
• General project administration such as setting up files and compiling information.
