Morgan Ryder Associates in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across production and broader business processes.

You will lead improvement projects, analyze processes, apply Lean, DMAIC and value stream mapping, and embed sustainable changes with stakeholders from Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Proven Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys and Value Stream Mapping.
• A track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and change.

Responsabilités

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects from identification through to implementation.
• Analyse processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost and lead times.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Facilitate improvement workshops and process mapping activities.
• Engage stakeholders across Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Use data and KPIs to measure performance and validate results.
• Support change management and ensure improvements are sustained.
