Morgan Jones Recruitment is actively seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a growing Kent-based engineering manufacturer. You will drive process improvements, support NPI projects, and lead manufacturing innovations in collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities include introducing new machinery, optimizing workflows, and maintaining robust manufacturing documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manufacturing process engineering within an industrial environment.
• Proven track record of introducing new products and processes into production.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience working within ISO 9001 environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The Opportunity

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing engineering manufacturer based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in improving production performance, supporting new product introduction and driving continuous improvement across a modern manufacturing environment. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Commercial teams, you will help maximise efficiency, introduce new equipment and processes, and ensure products transition smoothly into manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You will have previous experience within a manufacturing process engineering role and a strong track record of improving production processes. Ideally you will possess:

• An Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
• Experience introducing new products and processes into production
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Experience working within ISO 9001 environments
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
