Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan. Salary up to £40,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and is a worldwide leader in the design, development, and manufacture of highly intelligent products. As a business, they have a turnover north of £85m, employ 500 people, and are continuously evolving their legacy products while designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market.

To support their growth plans and meet increasing demand, they are looking to appoint a permanent Manufacturing Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Handle NPI/NPD projects
• Implement Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, and Cost Reduction initiatives
• Document processes, conduct Kaizen activities, and perform value stream mapping

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or similar role
• Experience with validation processes (e.g., IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Data analysis skills
• LEAN methodologies (6 Sigma / Green Belt)
