Aggreko Lomondgate Production Facility is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Writer to turn complex manufacturing and engineering information into clear, practical documentation that operators can easily follow, including SOPs, work instructions, maintenance procedures and safety documentation.

You will collaborate with engineers, production teams and process experts to capture manufacturing best practices, translate technical content, and develop visual documentation such as process flows and

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience turning technical information into clear documentation.
• Familiarity with quality standards and document control systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Willingness to adopt new digital tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical docs: SOPs, work instructions, maintenance and safety documents.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to capture best practices.
• Translate complex information to support training, consistency and excellence.
• Develop visual materials: process flows and diagrams from the shop floor.
• Ensure documentation remains compliant, accurate and up to date.
