Job summary

Gi Group Ireland Limited is recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator at a Perth site on an early and back shift. The role is a 40-hour week, 6 months with a possibility of extension as a temporary assignment, with potential path to permanent.

Experience in manufacturing is beneficial, with familiarity with clean room environments considered an advantage. The role requires teamwork, good communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial.
• Experience working in a clean room is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, products and containers at each production setup.
• Fill containers or pour product from spouts or chutes.
• Obtain and sort products.
• Wrap protective material around products.
• Weigh containers and adjust quantity.
• Close and seal containers.
• Label containers, tags or products.
• Pack special arrangements or selections of product.
• Line clearance – reconcile and dispose materials related to the job.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, machines and equipment as needed.
