Job summary

Gi Group Recruitment Limited is assisting a large international manufacturing company to recruit a Manufacturing Operator for our Perth site on an early and back shift. The role is 40 hours per week, Mon-Thu 8:30pm-7:00am, on a temporary assignment with potential for extension.

£17.33 per hour pay rate. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial, with GMP knowledge and clear room experience considered advantageous. Temporary to permanent potential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMP and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication within the team and with the wider organization.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects material, products and containers at each production setup.
• Inserts or pours product into containers or fills from spout or chute.
• Obtains and sorts product.
• Wraps protective material around product.
• Weighs containers and adjusts quantity.
• Closes and seals containers.
• Labels containers and products.
• Pays attention to line clearance and disposal of materials related to the job.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware or equipment as needed.
