Manufacturing Operator

Location: Lancing (West Sussex)

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Position: Full time (40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday)

The company manufactures materials for a diverse range of industrial markets. We pride ourselves on our levels of service to our customers and the quality of our products.

The role involves working on a range of machinery and equipment to help manufacture the company's products, such as:

• Operating hydraulic presses
• Loading/unloading heat treatment processes
• Maintaining equipment
• Keeping work area clean and tidy

Candidate

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be prepared to work flexibly within various areas to help meet customer requirements. Training will be provided; however, a background in manufacturing using machinery, measuring equipment, and working to written instructions would be beneficial.
