We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing Operators to join our client based in Huthwaite on a temporary to permanent basis. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles and storage areas.
2. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising workspaces.
3. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
4. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
5. Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
6. Report any hazards or issues to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is preferred.

• 7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
• Or Monday to Thursday 6AM - 6PM
