Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance and Facilities teams with clear direction to supervisors, engineers and support functions.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, CMMS, facilities, budgets and capital projects to improve reliability and site performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to deliver continuous improvement and ensure safety and compliance.
