• Proven experience leading a maintenance function in high-volume manufacturing.
• Track record of developing teams and managing performance.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and reliability.
• Experience balancing day-to-day priorities with long-term strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Maintenance and Facilities teams across plant operations.
• Ensure reliability and availability of plant, equipment, buildings and site services.
• Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance strategies and CMMS usage.
• Manage facilities, contractors, budgets and capital projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to drive improvements.
