Job summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading UK manufacturer at their Leicestershire site. The role involves developing and leading an established engineering team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring data integrity for audits and PPMs.

Key requirements include prior experience in engineering/manufacturing/FMCG and a relevant engineering qualification. The package features a salary of £68,000, a 7% matched pension with life assurance and healthcare, plus 25 days holiday

Qualifications

Experienced Manager leading engineering teams.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing or FMCG environments is required.
Must possess a relevant Engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

Develop, mentor and lead an established team of engineers.
Promote continuous improvement to improve asset reliability.
Ensure data is recorded and reported to conform with audits and PPMs.
Manage 3rd party contractors and set expected working standards.
Assist project teams with short and long-term projects, providing engineering expertise.
Identify ways to reduce cost across the site via root cause analysis.
Manage the team using KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Work with technical, production, hygiene and H&S to build strong relationships.
