Job summary

ARM is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a well established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. You will provide engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment while adhering to H&S procedures and engineering best practice.

Key duties include recording work, tackling root causes, performing routine and preventative maintenance, attending and resolving breakdowns, and driving CI to cut costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Times served apprenticeship or equivalent is required.
• Recognised Engineering qualification is required.
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.
• Flexible working attitude is essential.
• Competent electrical fault finding and analysis skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Accurate & timely records are entered for all work carried out, including root causes of failures and spares/consumables used.
• Carry out routine maintenance and planned preventative maintenance.
• Attend and resolve breakdowns promptly.
• Promote continuous improvement (CI) work to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
