Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is assisting a well renowned manufacturer in recruiting a multi skilled maintenance engineer for their site. The role involves working across several production lines, responding to breakdowns and carrying out preventative maintenance.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to health and safety standards on a busy manufacturing floor. PLC fault finding and welding skills are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer preferred.
• Ability to fault-find PLCs and weld desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• React to breakdowns across multiple production lines.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and health & safety compliance.

Job description

The role is for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join a well renowned manufacturer. The company has had a £100m Investment in to the site for replacements and new lines. It would be desirable to be able to plc fault find and weld - So the role is very multi skilled.
