Job summary

The Danesmoor Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily Goods In, Despatch, Door Drilling and Packing activities. You will ensure safe, efficient product flow and achieve KPIs while improving processes across departments.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, documenting dispatches, and coordinating with transport to ensure timely departures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations essential.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
• Proven problem-solving and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily goods-in, despatch, and packing activities.
• Develop initiatives to optimise department processes and workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with H&S regulations.
• Coach and mentor the team; develop SOPs for training and audits.
• Provide leadership to ensure process control and high standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation for dispatched items and liaise with transport.
• Conduct regular stock verification and coordinate with HR on recruitment.
