Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Manager at our Bristol site to lead 1–2 production lines on a two-shift operation. You will oversee line teams, drive KPIs such as OEE and waste reduction, and partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality to ensure safety and performance.

You should bring 5+ years in manufacturing, with 2+ years in supervision, plus lean manufacturing experience and strong people leadership. A clear development path to Production Manager awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ in fast-paced, multi-shift settings.
• Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing (5S, Kaizen), OEE measurement, and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for one to two production lines across a two-shift pattern.
• Lead a team of team leaders and production operatives (30-60 per shift).
• Deliver line KPIs including OEE, waste %, labour efficiency, and safety metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles (5S, Kaizen) and manage day-to-day HR matters.
