Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor to oversee a Monday–Friday shift (10:00 AM–6:00 PM) at our manufacturing facility. The role requires supervising staff, hiring and training crew, and ensuring daily cleaning operations meet client standards.

You will lead floor-logistics, perform inspections, and maintain open communication with the client to align with the security contract requirements, while promoting our company culture and safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field
• Experience managing janitorial operations
• Proven experience motivating and training staff

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned shift or site
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff
• Must have cleaning or housekeeping experience
• Oversee the daily workflow and schedule assignments of cleaners
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors
• Conduct regular walk‑throughs and cleaning inspections
• Fill in when needed and perform other related duties
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the security contract are being satisfied
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy
• Manufacturing Supervision Background preferred
