Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Stock Administrator for a busy manufacturing operation in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on production and inventory administration, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations across production, warehouse and planning teams.

You will handle ERP/WMS processes, maintain stock records, support goods-in and goods-out, perform stocktakes and generate weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in stock control and inventory management.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to prioritise workload in fast-paced setting.
• Good communication with production, warehouse and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Process production assemblies and works orders in ERP/WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process stock adjustments and transactions.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Produce reports on production output.
• Support barcode scanning and inventory management improvements.
• Provide administration support covering goods in and goods out functions.
