Qualifications

• Must have a strong engineering background in manufacturing, focusing on integration and NPI.
• Extensive experience with FAT/SAT protocols, equipment validation, and process optimization required.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage schedules effectively is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of test plans for equipment.
• Own the integration of new equipment and manage the ramp-up phase.
• Develop strategies to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Coordinate the handover process to Operations and Maintenance departments.
