Job summary

Eaton is seeking an HR professional to support approximately 120 operations employees at the Sutton facility. You will partner with the HRM to influence strategic plans and execute day-to-day HR processes, including payroll reporting and employee relations.

You will coordinate recruitment for permanent and temporary roles, assist with disciplinary and attendance matters, and ensure policies comply with UK law while supporting training and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions, ideally in manufacturing.
• Understanding of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Exposure to time and attendance systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary HR support for ~120 employees at the Sutton facility.
• Partner with HRM to influence strategic direction and long-term plans.
• Administer HR transactions including payroll reporting.
• Manage recruitment for permanent and temporary roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support disciplinary, grievances, attendance reviews and ER matters.
• Coordinate engagement initiatives and policy compliance with UK law.
