We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our manufacturing business in Mitcham, Surrey, supporting ~350 employees across shift-based and office environments.

This site-based role delivers practical HR support, drives process improvements, and ensures policies and toolkits suit a shift workforce.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or 5, or working towards.
• Manufacturing/multi-site HR generalist experience.
• Experience improving HR processes and driving consistency.
• ER case management and manager coaching.
• Clear and adaptable communication style.
• Experience using HR systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic HR advice across sites.
• Manage ER cases, investigations and hearings.
• Support onboarding, employee changes and leavers.
• Deliver shift-friendly HR communications.
• Analyze HR metrics and identify trends.
