Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance/engineering team in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to drive safety, reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Strong knowledge of process safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of machine setters and maintenance engineers.
• Oversee preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements to manufacturing productivity and cycle times.
