You will work on process development, troubleshooting, and capacity planning, ensuring compliance with health and safety and quality standards. A degree in engineering and Lean/Six Sigma experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Lean / Six Sigma qualification is required.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Research, justify and implement capital expenditures to improve utilisation of working capital.
• Support line manager with technical expertise, developing and maintaining systems, processes, procedures and process controls.
• Utilise Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
• Provide daily production and maintenance support with plant troubleshooting.
• Establish and document manufacturing processes and workstation layouts.
