Responsibilities
  1. Support production teams to meet KPI targets.
  2. Manage and deliver projects.
  3. Raise and process purchase orders.
  4. Manage spares in relevant areas.
  5. Handle capital approvals and meet business objectives.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of technical/engineering experience.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and control.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize based on data analysis.
  • Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
  • Electrical qualifications for manufacturing support.
  • Experience with PLC/HMI software.
  • Green belt in Six Sigma or higher qualification.
