Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for a Dartford, Kent site, focused on continuous improvement and lean processes for automated production lines in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Role is Monday–Friday days with an early finish on Friday; you will drive uptime, reliability and production performance with clear development opportunities in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• CI experience required.
• Lean manufacturing process experience required.
• Six Sigma knowledge required.
• Minimum Green Belt.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives on automated/semi-automated production machinery.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Drive downtime reduction and reliability improvements across the site.

Job Title:Manufacturing Engineer

Salary:£42,000 - £48,000

Shift: Mon - Fri - Days (early finish Friday)

Job Role of the Manufacturing Engineer.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for aManufacturing Engineer to join an established manufacturing site in Kent. You will be responsible for carrying out continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes on a range of automated and semi-automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday to Friday days pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.
