Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Kent-based site in Dartford. The role focuses on delivering continuous improvement on automated production lines with a Monday–Friday days shift and a salary of £42,000–£48,000.

You'll drive lean initiatives, maintain high equipment uptime, and support manufacturing performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with opportunities for growth and leadership development within the business.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Dartford

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000

Shift: Mon - Fri - Days (early finish Friday)

Job Role of the Manufacturing Engineer.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join an established manufacturing site in Kent. You will be responsible for carrying out continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes on a range of automated and semi-automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Working on a Monday to Friday days pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.
