Everlinked Ltd in Maidstone, Kent is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to drive improvements across the site. This role suits engineers with an apprenticeship background who want to apply practical shop-floor knowledge to boost efficiency, quality and productivity.

You will focus on identifying and implementing improvements on the manufacturing process, combining engineering know-how with process development to deliver tangible results for the business.

Qualifications

• Traditional engineering background, apprenticeship preferred.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, pressings, tool making).
• Interest in manufacturing improvement and process development.

About the Role
