Job summary

CORIN LIMITED in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant for weekend shifts. No prior manufacturing experience is required as full training is provided, including a 1-day induction and training session before starting weekend work.

You will carry out shot blasting and linishing on orthopaedic implants, follow procedures, maintain quality, complete production records, and work safely as part of a team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; full training provided.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required.
• Good attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

This role is perfect for college/university students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for weekend work around existing weekday commitments. No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided. As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will:

• Carry out shot blasting and linishing/polishing processes on orthopaedic implants
• Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions
• Handle components carefully to maintain quality standards
• Complete production records accurately

• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
• Follow all health, safety and quality requirements
• A good standard of education, including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong manual dexterity and an interest in hands-on work
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A reliable and proactive approach
• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
