Job summary

Red Bull Powertrains is seeking Manufacturing Assembly Technicians to support the production of ICE components for the next generation engines compliant with 2026 regulations. The role covers in‑process preparation, assembly and finishing, with emphasis on meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality.

The position requires excellent technical understanding and reading of technical drawings, with shifts including day, and afternoon/weekend as required.

Qualifications

• High level of technical understanding and assembly competence.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow assembly specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the wider manufacturing team in all aspects of in‑process preparation, assembly and finishing.
• Manage build specifications and revisions with Production Control and other engineering departments to meet deadlines.
• Work in a high‑pressure environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

These hands‑on positions will be pivotal in supporting the production of key (ICE) Internal Combustion Engine components all in preparation for the next generation of engines which comply with the 2026 power unit technical regulations.

The Manufacturing Assembly Technicians will be responsible for assisting the wider manufacturing team covering all aspects of in‑process component preparation, assembly and finishing, ensuring they are to the correct stipulations and highest quality. This also includes managing build specifications and up revisions in accordance with Production Control and other engineering departments to meet the tight deadlines set.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding and assembly competence with an exceptional eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy. Other desirable skills are the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow assembly specifications, processes and procedures in a high‑pressure environment without compromising on quality.

This role will be working on a rotating Day shifts with afternoon & weekend shift as required.
