You will be the voice of the customer, drive organic growth, and ensure scheduling and order planning meet deadlines. You will collaborate with buyers and colleagues, collate financial data, and build strong relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer accounts within manufacturing or electronics.

• Able to handle multiple tasks and remain composed during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Own allocated customers and be the voice of the customer internally.
• Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Coordinate scheduling, order planning and monitor customer orders.
• Work with buyers and other account managers; collate financial data.
• Develop close working relationships with customers and internal teams.
