Great opportunity to work for the flagship store of a high-end occasion wear women’s clothing brand. The company currently has an e-commerce presence internationally and is now looking to open their first store just off Oxford Street, London. You will manage every aspect of the store and must have previous retail store management experience. The clothing is high-end, custom-made, and manufactured according to the customer’s wishes, in the Far East, hence the need to speak fluent Mandarin. The company is at the forefront of sustainability in manufacturing.

Duties:

• Set store team sales targets and goals.
• Train, mentor, and coach Retail Advisors.
• Manage store inventory of clothing and accessories.
• Participate in bridal events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to promote the store and drive sales.
• Book customer appointments.
• Ensure the store is kept tidy and looks glamorous.

Requirements:

• A retail sales or store management background in Women’s occasion wear (or bridal) is essential.
