Great opportunity to work for the flagship store of a high end evening wear women’s clothing store. The company has both an e-commerce store which is international and also a classic “ bricks-and-mortar “store based in London . You will manage every aspect of the store and must have previous retail store management experience . The clothing is high-end , custom-made and manufactured according to the customer ‘s wishes , in the Far East , hence the need to speak fluent Mandarin. The company is at the forefront of sustainability in manufacturing
DUTIES: Leading the Bridal Boutique you will :

* Set store team sales targets and goals.
* Train , mentor and coach Retail Advisors
* Manage store inventory of clothing and accessories
* Participate in bridal events, trunk shows, and promotional activities to promote the store and drive sales.
* Book customer appointments
* Ensure the store is kept tidy and looks glamorous

REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent Mandarin & English
* A retail sales or store management background in Women’s occasion wear ( or bridal ) is essential
* Have full work permission in the UK.
