Job summary

ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a finance professional to lead overseas regional budget forecasting and budget management across the Windsor/Maidenhead region. The role focuses on rolling forecasts, data-driven decision support, and regional project financials to drive performance.

You will work on refining budgets, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while collaborating with banks and tax authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of overseas financial operations experience.
• Experience with budget forecasting and rolling forecasts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze data to uncover root causes behind business results.
• Experience with regional finance management and tax/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage overseas regional budgets aligned to business objectives.
• Implement budget target decomposition and monitor the full budget process.
• Support rolling forecast for revenue, gross margin, and operating indicators.
• Provide financial solutions for regional projects and ensure compliance.
• Manage regional operating assets, receivables, and inventory controls to optimize DSO and ITO.
• Assist in internal/external compliance, taxation, and regional banking relations.
• Contribute to business decisions with data-driven analyses and recommendations.
