Mandarin Speaking IT Network Manager

The Skills You'll Need: Fluent in Mandarin, IT Network system administration / Security working experience.

Location: Office based

Employment Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 35 hours/week

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of network systems, including installation, upgrade, monitoring, and changes.
• Lead planning of IT network projects, including budgeting, analyzing business requests, proposing and reviewing technical solutions.
• Manage project implementation, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, communication, and delivery monitoring.
• Establish and renew IT specifications related to network systems.
• Propose implementation procedures aligning with Head Office policies and IT Centre requirements.
• Assess network security risks, propose and execute security solutions, and develop contingency plans with testing.
• Monitor and analyze network security risks.
• Research new technologies and design technical solutions for the IT Centre's development.
• Provide training to staff when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications such as SSCP, CCNP preferred.
• Experience in network system administration (routers, firewalls, switches).
• Experience in network security.
• Experience managing IT rooms and devices.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of IT principles, network technology, information security, cybersecurity, GDPR.
• Strong team player with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
