Plan and run influencer marketing campaigns
We are looking for a driven and passionate Manager, Influencer Marketing (Mandarin Speaking) to lead dynamic social media campaigns and help drive results for our Chinese clients targeting the European and North American markets.

You independently manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring both creative excellence and performance results
You build strong relationships with influencers, clients, and external partners, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
You create and pitch compelling campaign ideas, bringing innovative concepts to life with a strong sense of ownership
You evaluate campaign success through clear reporting and data analysis, continuously optimizing for better outcomes
You lead and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth while helping onboard new team members into the team culture

You bring 3–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR, or project management and are confident managing campaigns independently
You have 1–2 years of experience leading small teams and enjoy supporting others through collaboration and guidance
You feel at home working with numbers, using Excel to track, analyze, and present campaign results
You are fluent in both Mandarin and English, and able to navigate cross-cultural communication with ease
You’re passionate about storytelling, team spirit, and making ideas happen with a hands-on, can-do mentality
