Mandarin Speaking IT Network Manager - Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of network systems, including routine network installation, upgrade, monitoring, and changes.
• Lead IT network project planning, including budgeting, business request analysis, technical solution review, and control.
• Oversee IT network project implementation, managing planning, resources, risks, communication, and delivery monitoring.
• Establish and renew IT specifications related to network systems.
• Propose implementation procedures to management in line with Head Office policies and IT Centre requirements.
• Assess network security risks, propose and execute security risk control solutions, and develop contingency plans with testing.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage network security risks.
• Research new technologies and products, designing technical solutions for the IT Centre's development.
• Provide training to IT Centre staff as needed.

Skills Needed to Succeed:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Certifications such as SSCP or CCNP are preferred.
• Experience with network system administration (routers, firewalls, switches).
• Experience in network security.
• Experience managing IT room and devices.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of IT principles, network technology, information security, cybersecurity, GDPR.
• Strong team player, problem-solving skills, excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
