Portico is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Day Concierge to join our team at an exclusive residential development in the City.
- Provide friendly assistance and support to residents, ensuring their needs are met.
- Handle duties such as sorting post & couriers, managing contractors and keys, organizing restaurant bookings, and managing complex requests.
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7am to 7pm (42 hours)
Salary: £30,282
- Fluent Mandarin speaking is essential.
- Experience in delivering 5-star customer service within customer service or hospitality is desirable.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
