Qualifications

Experience in luxury fashion retail is essential.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong clienteling and relationship-building with VIP/international clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first interaction through after-sales service.
Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Develop product knowledge and communicate craftsmanship and collections.
Maximise sales through cross-selling and styling recommendations.
Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
Support stock replenishment, inventory management and day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
