360 Talent is recruiting a Luxury Client Advisor for a prestigious Knightsbridge department store in London. The role requires an Arabic speaker, full-time permanent employment with a salary up to £35,000 plus commission, based in a globally recognised luxury fashion house.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional luxury client experiences, build a high-value client book, and exceed sales targets while showcasing extensive product knowledge and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Luxury fashion retail experience is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong clienteling skills with VIP and international clientele.
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from first interaction through after-sales service.
• Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling and CRM.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop expert product knowledge and communicate brand craftsmanship and collections.
• Maximise sales through cross-selling and styling recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
