Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English.
• Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits.
• Resolve issues or cascade complex cases to the relevant HR teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions.
• Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards.
• Support administrative HR tasks when required.
