Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer specialising in Building Services design for a contract role in Manchester. You will deliver electrical design for major construction projects, produce high-quality specifications and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers a hybrid working pattern with one day in the Manchester office per week and an initial 12-month duration. Relevant BIM/Revit knowledge and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• CIBSE / IET member or working towards Chartership
• Experience in building services design (HVAC / MEP) on medium to large projects
• Knowledge of BIM, Revit, and design coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Are you a senior Electrical Engineer in Building Service Design and looking to work on some exciting projects? Do you want a contract role with variety?

You could work for a leading Building Services contractor, with a national presence with the following details;

Location: Manchester (1x a week in the office)

Rate: Up to £50 per hour (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months +

Key Responsibilities
