Job summary
Boots in Manchester is seeking a Performance Media Tech & AI Specialist to drive automation and AI integrations across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display. You will help shape the technology stack and partner with leading platforms to power revenue growth.
In this high-impact role you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, roll out new tools, and measure the impact of AI on performance and efficiency in a fast-paced retail setting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital media and technology-driven growth.
- Hands-on with Digital or Performance Media tools (Google Ads, SA360, AWIN, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Smartly).
- Curious, proactive and collaborative with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tech & AI roadmap for performance media channels and identify opportunities.
- Co-lead planning with channels, partners, ad-tech and agencies to enable growth.
- Roll out new technology/tools and ensure robust adoption in day-to-day operations.
- Track impact of AI integrations on performance, efficiency and maturity.
- Stay abreast of new tools and platform capabilities and feed ideas into the roadmap.
