Job summary

Fletchers Solicitors Ltd invites applications for Solicitor/Litigation Executive (EL/PL) in Manchester with 3 years’ experience handling Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters. You will manage 80–100 fast track cases, target settlements and court steps while maintaining high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience running 80–100 litigation files from start to end.
• Knowledge of Part 7 and Part 8 Civil Procedure Rules.
• Ability to conduct application hearings and CMCs.
• Experience with pre-action disclosure processes.
• EL/PL experience in a litigation context.

Responsibilities

• Run 80–100 litigation files (Employer’s, Public, Occupier’s liability).
• Provide regular client updates and report to Team Leader/Head of Department.
• Arrange medical appointments and review medical reports.
• Carry out quantum reviews and case valuations.
• Draft court documents and bundles; draft briefs to counsel.
