Fletchers Group in Manchester seeks a Solicitor/Litigation Executive (EL/PL) with 3 years’ experience handling Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters. You will manage 80–100 fast track cases, steer settlements and Court proceedings, and maintain client relations in a focused, high‑performance environment.

The role is hybrid with a 35‑hour week, a comprehensive benefits package, and a culture valuing care and professional development.

Qualificações

• 3 years’ experience in dealing with Employers, Occupiers and Public Liability matters.
• Confident in running 80–100 fast track cases.
• Able to plan settlements and Court proceedings timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Run 80–100 litigation files, mainly Employer’s, Public and Occupier’s liability.
• Report to Team Leader and Head of Department.
• Arrange medical appointments and review reports.
• Carry out quantum reviews and case valuations.
• Make timely offers and manage case progress to conclusion.
• Draft court bundles and briefs to counsel.
