AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead high‑quality project delivery and commercial management across complex sectors. You will mentor staff, shape service offerings, and collaborate with clients, stakeholders and contractors to drive value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; progress toward professional chartership (RICS or equivalent).
• Experience with UK Construction contracts; cost planning, benchmarking, commercial management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Proficient IT skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high‑quality projects with clear expectations and client relationships.
• Support and develop emerging talent within a collaborative team culture.
• Shape and strengthen a high‑value, profitable service offering through commercial excellence.
• Apply NEC contracts knowledge to ensure rigour and clarity in delivery.
• Mentor and manage teams on quantity surveying and commercial management tasks.
• Develop services by nurturing existing relationships and building new ones.
