Kier Group plc recherche un Managing Quantity Surveyor pour rejoindre son équipe Natural Resources. Le candidat fournira un soutien commercial sur un important cadre de 7 ans avec Southern Water, en assurant la conformité et la gestion des informations commerciales au sein d'une équipe dynamique.
We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources team, within a commutable distance to Falmer. In this role you'll provide commerical support on the mobilisation and ongoing operations of our new 7-year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water.
Location: Chatham or Falmer, East Sussex up to 3 days a week
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor, the successful candidate will be required to provide commercial support to the project teams, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and objectives are achieved. You'll be required to liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.
