My client require a leader who is highly people-oriented.. someone visible, accessible, and consistently present with both colleagues and customers. This individual should be a familiar face who builds trust, instils confidence, and creates a sense of shared purpose.

Responsibilities
  • The role requires a people-centric commercial leader with strong capabilities in : Cost management and optimisation, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • The ability to assess current market conditions and develop strategies to win in a fast-changing landscape.
  • Unlocking new market opportunities, including the new-build segment—an area recognised but never activated by the predecessor.
  • Strong commercial acumen that balances business objectives with the needs of people.
  • Full ownership of P&L, operational costs, and driving improvements to the cost base.
  • Maintaining clear visibility of market trends : Where is the industry heading in the next five years?
  • Excellent stakeholder management, particularly with a customer-centric approach.
