Job summary

Odysse, a growing data-driven electric vehicle fleet operator in London, is seeking an experienced, hands-on EV Fleet Manager to own fleet operations, driver performance and commercial results.

You will lead a small team, work directly with drivers, analyze performance data, tackle operational problems and continuously improve how we work to deliver efficient, reliable, and sustainable mobility services.

We manage a fleet of over 50 electric vehicles, and growing, operated by professional employed drivers on major ride-hailing platforms in London's private hire (PCO) market. We combine technology, data and hands-on fleet management to deliver efficient, reliable and sustainable mobility services.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on EV Fleet Manager to take ownership of our fleet operations, driver performance and commercial results.

We need someone who is comfortable leading a team, working directly with drivers, analysing performance, solving operational problems and taking responsibility for results. Someone who can manage today's operations while continuously improving how we work.
