Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead innovative supply chain planning solutions for global clients. You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand challenges, design future models, and implement solutions covering strategy, operating model design, transition, and ongoing optimisation.
As a key member of our Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, you will contribute to project delivery, shape work plans, and develop supply chain propositions. You will also have opportunities to engage in business development, internal initiatives, and personal growth activities.
You should possess deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes such as demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP or IBP. Relevant experience includes working in industries like Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or Life Sciences, either in a consulting role or internally. Familiarity with planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9) and a track record of delivering supply chain improvement projects are essential. Strong sector knowledge and the ability to operate successfully in a matrixed environment are also required.
