Your Role

You’ll work with leading Corporate and Investment institutions helping to deliver their strategy for a mix of business and regulatory driven change. Leading programmes whilst also playing a role in Capgemini’s growth through contribution to thought leadership business development.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.
• Identifying and mitigating risks that may affect successful delivery, applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Bringing the right balance of style and substance, ensuring fundamentals are correct while focusing on adding value to clients. Collaborating in cross-functional teams to improve business performance.
• Supporting the strategy and growth of our business, modeling our values and behaviours, and coaching junior team members. The scope of your role will vary with each project, aligned with your experience. Our team is central to delivering client value, working collaboratively to achieve strategic goals.
• Leading teams and engaging in future business development opportunities.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to the business and your personal growth through activities in:

• Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, propositions, client pitches, and hosting at events.
• Internal contribution – Campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
• Learning & development – Training, certifications, and career development activities.

Your Profile

You should have knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking with broad cross-asset class experience in products and regulation, gained from industry and consulting roles. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience implementing large-scale regulatory changes in CIB (e.g., Basel3.x, FRTB, DORA, Operational resilience, Market Abuse regulations) in various capacities.
• Knowledge of Wholesale Lending and Transaction banking.
• Experience in developing strategic roadmaps for CIB organizations, including digitization, Gen AI, Cloud, WEB3, DLT, and Digital Assets.
• Understanding of the three lines of defense and control design across the trade lifecycle.
• Knowledge and experience of ESG is highly advantageous.
• People management experience and ability to nurture and develop individuals.
• Experience in proposition building and sales campaign delivery.
• A mix of consulting and industry experience is ideal.
